LG Powercom announces the commercial deployment of BigBand’s video IP solution, vIP PASS, to deliver cost effective IPTV services to personal computers and IP set-top boxes over DOCSIS 3.0 cable modems. LG Powercom is a telecommunications service provider and has the largest HFC Networks infrastructure in Korea with over 2.3 million subscribers, and offers IPTV and high-speed Internet data services via optical cable and HFC infrastructure.
