Open IPTV Forum is delighted to announce that is has achieved another membership milestone, with PCCW and Allion taking Forum membership to 60. The addition of two strong Asian organisations represents continued growth in both awareness and relevance of the Forum’s activities in such an important region.

It operates “now TV”, which is one of the world's largest commercial IPTV deployments and Hong Kong's largest pay-TV provider. At the upcoming IPTV Asia event, Dec 1-2 in Hong Kong (Hotel Intercontinental Grand Stanford), Open IPTV Forum will perform a Presentation by Mr Yun Chao Hu Dec 1st and a Panel Dec 2nd with the new OIPF member PCCW as well as Sony and an external analyst. Open IPTV Forum is also pleased to have two of the OIPF member companies demonstrating solutions based upon elements of the OIPF Release 1 Specifications in the Open IPTV Forum booth: Ericsson and Netgem.
