Eagle Broadband, Inc., a national provider of broadband, Internet protocol (IP) and communications technology and services, will be a featured presenter at the Micro Cap 2006 Conference, taking place May 3 in New York City.
Dave Micek, Eagle Broadband's president and chief executive officer, will introduce the company to a select group of Micro Cap publicly traded companies. He will explain the company's primary business line, which includes products and services for TV over the Internet (IPTV/STB), for satellite telephony (SatMAX) and fiber communication systems. In addition, Micek will outline current operations and define future prospects.
"I am excited about this opportunity to present our SatMAX and IPTV stories to members of the New York financial community," Micek said. "Eagle Broadband is a leading participant in IPTV delivery; and opportunities for SatMAX are emerging across the country, as emergency management and other first response teams seek effective tools for disaster preparedness and recovery."
The Micro Cap 2006 Conference takes place at the Doubletree Metropolitan Hotel, located at 569 Lexington Ave. at 51st Street. Coffee and registration starts at 10 a.m., with presentations beginning at 10:30 a.m. Attendance is limited to qualified members of the financial community.
