Videoconferencing, telepresence and video chat have come of age, and the next big challenge for the video industry is interconnecting the disparate systems and solutions. Sessions at
Video World Conference and Expo will delve deeply into this topic – and dozens more – as the event kicks off October 3-5 in Austin, Texas, TMC announced. Video World Conference and Expo is collocated with
ITEXPO, one of the world’s largest and best-attended communications and technology trade shows.
In the “Connecting the Pixels – Visual Communication Comes of Age” panel, to be held Wednesday, October 3, at 11 a.m. CST, AVer Information Inc., Blue Jeans Network and Vidtel will collaborate on helping attendees understand their options and find the interconnection path that best matches their company’s needs.
The expert panel includes:
- Karl Dahlin, vice president of sales and business development for AVer Information Inc.
- James Matheson, vice president of marketing for Blue Jeans Network
- Scott Wharton, founder and CEO of Vidtel
“The prevalence of high-speed broadband connections and mass deployment of cameras has fueled many aspects of the video market,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC. “We’re pleased to welcome AVer Information, Blue Jeans Network and Vidtel to shed light on how today's video communications solutions can fuel productivity and sales.”
The panel immediately follows a keynote address from Brad Ferris, Head of Portfolio Management, Solution Area Media at Ericsson. The full Video World Conference and Expo agenda is now available.
