Exterity announces its plans for continued strong growth and expansion in 2011, with the opening of an office in Dubai's Internet City and German operations commencing in May. This follows similar launches last year in the USA, France as well as a new UK sales office in Luton.
Dubai's Internet City is an ideal location for Exterity's Middle East operations with great transport links across the region and provides sales support and local technical assistance for StreamForce partners and end-users.
The move comes after another year of tremendous growth for the company in 2010, which saw revenues increase by 40 per cent and headcount boosted by 25 per cent globally. One of the key hires over the past 12 months included Hank Copeland, Channel Sales Manager for the US region who joined at the start of 2011 and is tasked with further widening Exterity's footprint in North America.
The second half of last year also saw the launch of Exterity's channel programme, StreamForce, which in the six months since launch as seen over 50 partners sign up. More partners joining in 2011 make the programme, which has been designed to offer sales, marketing, technical assistance and training, a highly successful innovation for the channel partners delivering IPTV solutions.
Exterity products enable organisations to distribute high definition digital TV and video over an organisation's IP network to a virtually unlimited number of users, with centralised management, configuration, and control. Unlike traditional analogue systems, Exterity systems can support an unlimited number of channels, and picture quality is unaffected by the addition of displays or users.
