During the panel "Operator Strategies: Video, Services, and Support," Oetegenn will discuss the transition of broadband service providers to consumer experience providers as the concept of TV Everywhere becomes a reality. With knowledge on the developing content usage rights for multiple screens, he will share how operators can add sticky entertainment bundles, as well as value-added services to their offerings. In addition, the panel will provide their predictions for digital video operators in 2011.
