TelcoTV 2010 announces a variety of exhibitors are introducing products and solutions that allow telecom service providers to make over-the-top video more profitable. TelcoTV, which will take place November 9 to 11, 2010 in Las Vegas, offers a unique venue for solution providers to showcase their new product or service offerings. This year's theme, "Profiting in a Multi-Screen World," reflects the industry's challenge of making video services work for both consumers and service providers.

Amino Communications will showcase its Intel-powered Amino Freedom hybrid/OTT media center running a range of "hands-on" demonstrations that capture the device's ability to deliver broadcast TV, video on demand, home media, and OTT content, plus new user interfaces, gaming, and applications. The Amino Freedom, already winner of a prestigious industry award this year, features the Intel Atom processor CE4100 and is powered by the first generation of Intel and Nokia's MeeGo for the TV. ATX Networks has expanded its UCrypt product offering designed to support the delivery of content into hospitality and bulk MDU accounts, so that virtually any deployment architecture and distribution application can be addressed. The UCrypt QAM-to-QAM product was designed to transition content from the HFC plant and retransmit into an MDU/hotel in Pro:Idiom/clear QAM format. Endavo Media and
Conklin-Intracom will showcase the seamless integration of Endavo's OTT Video Services Platform with Conklin-Intracom's fs|cdn IPTV middleware solution into a hybrid OTT/IPTV service, offering telcos a service differentiating subscriber experience. By augmenting the fs|cdn ecosystem with Endavo's Media Management System, service providers can deliver a unique blend of locally uploaded or global content with the traditional broadcast-TV experience, or go OTT to other devices. Entone will unveil a Hybrid TV service that will open new markets for service operators. The new service model combines live TV and "over the top" content with a consumer's broadband Internet service. Think of an over-the-top box but with live TV, whole-home DVR, personal media sharing, and much more. Eyecon Technologies will demonstrate "EyeconTroller"; the bridge between a consumer's media and their connected entertainment devices. EyeconTroller turns an iPhone, iPad, or Android into a personal media manager. EyeconTroller allows users to discover and have access to all of their content (home, Internet, and service provider). Inlet Technologies and
Edgeware AB will demonstrate a joint solution enabling operators to reach a larger part of their subscriber base across multiple devices. Featuring Adaptive Bit Rate TV or ABR-TV, a new concept in managed OTT services, the solution combines live multi-screen video delivery with a new advertising model, blending broadcast advertising with customized, CPM-driven internet advertising. Nagra-Kudelski (Nagravision and OpenTV) will highlight its integrated solution to securely extend premium TV content delivery beyond set-top boxes to multiple OTT-enabled devices. Tangotec will introduce and demonstrate its next-generation 3Wire networking system.
