Endavo Media recently launched
TalkingTelcOTT, the first and only blog dedicated exclusively to helping telcos more effectively understand and leverage telco TV and OTT to grow their businesses. TalkingTelcOTT content is produced by Endavo president and CEO Paul D Hamm.
“Most have heard about OTT associated with YouTube and Netflix being delivered over the Internet,” said Hamm. “But to Endavo, OTT represents the long-awaited convergence of traditional television and the Internet, and all the exciting revenue and subscriber growth opportunities now available to telcos.”
As the industry’s only telco-OTT blog, TalkingTelcOTT was created to help telcos understand how to leverage this new world of unlimited programming, from live and video-on-demand local content, to shows from around the global, and distribute it whenever and wherever customers want it. “We do that by providing insights, opinions and ideas for telcos to utilize the power of OTT video services to deliver content – be it local or beyond – to their subscribers.”
Hamm said the TalkingTelcOTT blog works hand-in-hand with upcoming OTT-related video segments to appear on EndavoMedia.com, and with the company’s
Telco TV Demo page, also located on the Web site. “The lines are blurring between PCs, TVs and mobile devices,” said Hamm. “TalkingTelcOTT is all about helping telcos get ahead of that trend.”
