eWan1, Inc., announced today that the Company will change its name to Advanced Technetix to more accurately reflect its recent business model shift. The Company has initiated the paperwork with the CUSIP Bureau for a new CUSIP number and with the NASD for a new trading symbol to coincide with the corporate name change.
CEO, George Stevens, who is moving quickly to create a new strategy to exploit the Company's patented technology, commented, "We have a number of new proprietary and completely innovative products as well as our AccessKey(TM) and Set-top Box series set to be introduced between now and the end of the year. Our shifted strategy will focus on private-labeling our pc set-top box, our home set-top box, and in development, our mobile set-top box to global providers of IPTV service. In addition, we will be offering major retail chains a 'first look' at our new line of unique consumer products, which I anticipate unveiling shortly." He continued, "Going forward, the Company will refocus its efforts, almost exclusively, on its core competencies, namely the research and development of new and highly advanced communications technologies.
